The short answer
If you are physically in Florida, we can meet by secure video, whether you live in Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, or a small town in between. Sessions are $150, private pay, and the first step is a free 15-minute consultation.
How online sessions work
You get a secure link through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform, and join from a phone, tablet, or computer somewhere private. Sessions run just like they would in my office: 50 minutes, the same assessment, goals, and check-ins on your progress. Video works well for most of what I treat. It is not the right fit if you are in crisis or need a higher level of care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
Who I work with
Adults in individual therapy. People come to me for anxiety, divorce, grief, burnout and self-worth, motherhood and hormonal change, and midlife transitions. I don’t see couples or teens.
I draw on solution-focused, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy, along with CBT and DBT skills, ACT, and parts work, and track progress with brief check-ins like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.

Frequently asked questions
Who can use online therapy with you? +
Adults 18 and up who are physically in Florida during each session. I work with individuals, not couples or teens.
Do you take insurance? +
I’m a private-pay practice: $150 for a 50-minute session. I can provide a monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, though some plans don’t reimburse services from a registered intern, so call yours first. Full details are on my Fees page.
How do I get started? +
Book a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video. You ask your questions, I explain how I work, and you decide from there.
