The short answer
If you live in Naples, you can meet with me by secure video from home, or in person at my office just north in Bonita Springs. Sessions are $150, private pay, and the first step is a free 15-minute consultation.
What Naples clients often bring in
Naples looks like the place everyone else comes to unwind. Living here, you know it is also where people go through divorces, lose parents, raise kids, start over after a move, and carry more than anyone at the club or the school pickup line would guess. A divorce in a community where everyone seems to know everyone. The quiet after the kids leave. Caring for parents who retired here, or grieving them. Moving here for a fresh start and finding that old patterns came along.
Who I work with
Adults in individual therapy. People come to me for anxiety, divorce, grief, burnout and self-worth, motherhood and hormonal change, and midlife transitions. I don’t see couples or teens.
I draw on solution-focused, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy, along with CBT and DBT skills, ACT, and parts work, and track progress with brief check-ins like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to come to the office? +
No. You can do every session by secure video, as long as you are in Florida at the time. Many Naples clients mix the two, especially in season.
Do you take insurance? +
I’m a private-pay practice: $150 for a 50-minute session. I can provide a monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, though some plans don’t reimburse services from a registered intern, so call yours first. Full details are on my Fees page.
How do I get started? +
Book a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video. You ask your questions, I explain how I work, and you decide from there.
