The short answer
Most Marco Island clients meet with me by secure video, with in-person sessions available in Bonita Springs. Sessions are $150, private pay, and the first step is a free 15-minute consultation.
What Marco Island clients often bring in
Island life can be beautiful and isolating at the same time. People come to me after a move or a retirement that was supposed to feel like freedom and instead feels like losing an identity, after a divorce or a loss, or while caring for a spouse or parent. Others carry anxiety that followed them here from a busier life.
Who I work with
Adults in individual therapy. People come to me for anxiety, divorce, grief, burnout and self-worth, motherhood and hormonal change, and midlife transitions. I don’t see couples or teens.
I draw on solution-focused, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy, along with CBT and DBT skills, ACT, and parts work, and track progress with brief check-ins like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.

Frequently asked questions
Can I do therapy if I only live on Marco part of the year? +
Yes, while you are in Florida. My registration covers clients who are physically in Florida during the session, so we plan around the months you are away.
Do you take insurance? +
I’m a private-pay practice: $150 for a 50-minute session. I can provide a monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, though some plans don’t reimburse services from a registered intern, so call yours first. Full details are on my Fees page.
How do I get started? +
Book a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video. You ask your questions, I explain how I work, and you decide from there.
