The short answer
Most Fort Myers clients meet with me by secure video. In-person sessions are available in Bonita Springs. Sessions are $150, private pay, and the first step is a free 15-minute consultation.
What Fort Myers clients often bring in
Fort Myers has been through a lot, and so have the people who live here. Many are still carrying the stress of storms, rebuilding, and moving, on top of everything else: a marriage that has changed, kids leaving home, aging parents, a job that runs on empty. Anxiety that looks like competence. Grief that nobody brings a casserole for.
Who I work with
Adults in individual therapy. People come to me for anxiety, divorce, grief, burnout and self-worth, motherhood and hormonal change, and midlife transitions. I don’t see couples or teens.
I draw on solution-focused, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy, along with CBT and DBT skills, ACT, and parts work, and track progress with brief check-ins like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to drive to Bonita Springs? +
No. Every session can be by secure video, as long as you are in Florida at the time. In person is there if you want it.
Do you take insurance? +
I’m a private-pay practice: $150 for a 50-minute session. I can provide a monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, though some plans don’t reimburse services from a registered intern, so call yours first. Full details are on my Fees page.
How do I get started? +
Book a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video. You ask your questions, I explain how I work, and you decide from there.
