The short answer
I see clients in person in Bonita Springs, Monday through Thursday by appointment, and by secure video anywhere in Florida. Sessions are $150, private pay, and the first step is a free 15-minute consultation.
What brings people in
Bonita has changed fast. Many of the people I see here moved from somewhere else and are building a life, a social circle, and sometimes a marriage from scratch. Others have been here for years and are facing a divorce, an empty house, a loss, or a season of burnout that rest alone hasn’t fixed. Some are caring for parents nearby while still raising their own kids.
Who I work with
Adults in individual therapy. People come to me for anxiety, divorce, grief, burnout and self-worth, motherhood and hormonal change, and midlife transitions. I don’t see couples or teens.
I draw on solution-focused, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy, along with CBT and DBT skills, ACT, and parts work, and track progress with brief check-ins like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.

Frequently asked questions
Can I switch between in person and video? +
Yes. Many clients come in person most weeks and use video when they are traveling, sick, or short on time, as long as they are in Florida during the session.
Do you take insurance? +
I’m a private-pay practice: $150 for a 50-minute session. I can provide a monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, though some plans don’t reimburse services from a registered intern, so call yours first. Full details are on my Fees page.
How do I get started? +
Book a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video. You ask your questions, I explain how I work, and you decide from there.
