The short answer
If you live in Estero, my Bonita Springs office is close by, and video sessions are available anywhere in Florida. Sessions are $150, private pay, and the first step is a free 15-minute consultation.
Who I see from Estero
From people in their twenties figuring out work and first serious relationships, including students and staff at FGCU, to people in midlife facing a divorce, a quiet house, or the feeling that the life they built no longer fits. Many are new to the area and still finding their footing. Others have been here for decades and are carrying more than anyone around them knows.
Who I work with
Adults in individual therapy. People come to me for anxiety, divorce, grief, burnout and self-worth, motherhood and hormonal change, and midlife transitions. Young adults 18 and up are welcome. I don’t see couples or teens.
I draw on solution-focused, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy, along with CBT and DBT skills, ACT, and parts work, and track progress with brief check-ins like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.

Frequently asked questions
Do you see FGCU students? +
Yes, adults 18 and up in individual therapy, in person or by video, as long as you are in Florida during the session.
Do you take insurance? +
I’m a private-pay practice: $150 for a 50-minute session. I can provide a monthly superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, though some plans don’t reimburse services from a registered intern, so call yours first. Full details are on my Fees page.
How do I get started? +
Book a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video. You ask your questions, I explain how I work, and you decide from there.
